A Visitor From Willowbank

This morning we had a visitor, Janet, from Willowbank. She brought in a stuffed kiwi, stoat, ferret and weasel.

She told us about some of our beautiful native birds and then we got to see a real life baby tuatara! His name was Gumpy and he was actually 19 years old but Tuataras can live until 300 years old so he is classed as a baby. He had his morning tea of bugs, beetles and worms in Ahuriri!
